Was injured/vested on weekend.,what's the story? Got a tough game against Sydney this weekend, should he be traded yet and get some cash? Was thinking of Salem out for Glenn via moving Krak from mids.

This is what my research tells me.

An average of 65 over the next 3 weeks will see only a 11k raise in price. With almost all of that this week due to the last week of the rolling 79.
To make $50k more he would either need to average 75 for the next 3 weeks and even then with the large amount of cows that are ready to moo over the next 6-7 weeks you could lose that on not having the trade to get rid of a bloated cow.

SC Gold say scores of 63 and 68 in his next 2 games will make him $11K followed by 74 in the 3rd week for another $11k on that

I still think it depends upon how many trades you have already used and how many keepers you already have in your team

If he goes 55 this week he will make 5k and have a Break even of 76 the following week.
Its unlikely he will make much more cash, but he wont likely drop anything either. As Capper says it should come down to individual circumstance.

Starting to think this way too. Was originally thinking Gray as my opponent has him this week and he is the must have fwd but with Goddard having a 69 BE v Grays 130 I can save some coin and get Gray in the coming weeks.
It's a tricky decision as Gray could go bang and I'll lose points, my match and have to pay Gray's original starting price or more but Goddard is shaping as a top fwd and is at a buy low price.
Probably going to change my mind on this a thousand times before lockout.

I think Goddard is the one to pick up this week, dirt cheap and will only go up. I'm considering Gray because I already have Goddard, but with a BE of 130 realistically he's not going to change much, a score anywhere between 110 and 150 will only change his price by ~10k which is negligible at that level. But you would want the money to get him next week. I'm thinking this week I will bring in 2 mids and then Gray up front next week depending how he goes. If he gets shut down somehow and scores an 80 then he could still drop a bit, more likely to go down than up imo.

I'm getting killed by my forward rookies atm. Making a full premo fwd line a priority. (Am happy with fielding two mid rookies) Have Goddard, Gray, Martin and Swan. Am planning to add another one this week at the expense of Salem

I've almost talked myself into getting Goddard. A proven performer over time and the price is right. My circumstances see me needing to win league matches, overall is out the window or never really a goal. I've got 24 trades, $386K and have Martin, Swan and Bontempelli with Salem, Tarrant, Hogan, Clark and Lonie. So I definitely need to bolster my fwd line.

The other area of concern is my defence in my non performing prems. Got Simpson, Gibson, Hibberd and Newnes with Saad, Kmac, Oxley and Goddard. Hibberd is disappointing but I'll hold for now and look at gaining an upgrade from Newnes to either Tmac, Houli or Birchall, smith with an outside chance for POD in Pittard..

Go the Salem to Goddard if your focus is league mate. Newnes is a potential keeper (although he's not showing it at this stage), and you want to focus on upgrading as many rookies as you can first.

Salem to Goddard looks almost guaranteed to net me 30-40 points straght up. Just pray and hold on to the hope Newnes starting to get some 80/85+ scores
