PICCOLLO

That awful bye has swayed me to stay off him.  If you can slot him in though, he's worth a crack.

Guess how many votes in the AFL Coaches Association Award that Tom Mitchell received last weekend?

If you said none you would be correct.

I don't know how much confidence Horse has in him. Massive risk, but still am considering him.

I'm not sold. If I get him in he will take my last forward spot (Gray, Martin, Franklin, Goddard, Swan). Considering Delidio is back and is looking like he'll be about 450k soon I think he might be a better option.
+1  similar output without the Job risk.      TM next year or late this year as a F7/M10

I think I'm going to take him. Here's my thought process :P

I have Gray, Swan and Goddard up front right now. Other viable top 10 fwd options you'd be comfy betting on would be Buddy, Bartel, Lids, Dustbin and some other less proven options like Dahl or D.Smith. Bont also starting well but we'll see. Titchell I think the risk is not his scoring, it's his spot in the team. With his last couple of games and swans injuries you'd think he's safe for a couple of games at least, but if he keeps playing well he could hold a spot. And I think he can score just as well as any of the guys above. IF he gets dropped, by that time he should have made himself a straight swap to pretty much any other prem, it's not like you'll need to find money to put in. So at the worst you're risking one burned trade. But if he plays out the year averaging 120, you'll kick yourself for not jumping on. We can't crystal ball the future so speculating that he'll get dropped is kinda pointless, for someone who legitimately could be a top 6 fwd at 400k I think he's worth the punt.

He doesnt have any points this year

vtaced

burnt me last year with not playing, but he's a proven gun. have to take him at that price. Upgrading hogan this week for him

Jimmykidd

I have to trade Sloane. Titch looking like a really good option right now, and I'll swing him fwd next week. so much risk.. I want gray but the cash saving is so tempting.

I'll just leave this here:

he only played dogs and dees. Take from that what you will. Can we expect more big scores?

Hazza09

Could he be a possible M8/M9 or F6/F7 Come the end of the season? I have sloane to deal with and was thinking of the conservative trade option of going Neale/Ward or even upgrading to Mundy but at Mitchells price he is worth the risk.

Allows me to go Vandenberg - Rockliff next week with one trade, where as id have to do a double trade to bring in Rockliff next week.

Mitchell for me is a M9/M8 at best or even a F6/F7....could be great bench cover come the later rounds

hawkboy80

depends how u r going so far, I wouldn't be risking him if i was in contention, stiil unsure of js

They had two seasons of reserves footy to know that he could easily come into the 1s and perform like this, yet they still didn't pick him... Doesn't smell right to me.

Think I'll let Titch go through to the keeper - but good luck to those that pull the trigger. Could pay off big time.

Woppa15

I really want Titch to keep it up and show us all what we know he can do. And I desperately want to be on bird when he does but His JS ha my running scared! I was on him last year and the year before and it back fired immensely both times. If it wasn't for a particularly long faced man of authority I would be all over Titch.

It's been mentioned that his lack of chances is plainly due to match ups. I would have thought if you get the ball first you tend to dictate play but hey what do I know.

Let's just hope everyone Swans game for the rest of the year is in the wet so they play all there ball winners and inside midfielders ie Titch.

There was a Roos player in the last few years that reminds me of Mitchell just can't remember was a absolute ball magnet but just couldn't get a gig for some reason the name Liam comes to mind!
Liam Anthony. Ask Holz about him ;)
He was too good for the afl. If Mitchell is half the player he is, than you need to puck him up.

doogz

Not getting him.  Have Gray, God, Swan, Dusty (standard top 4).

Probably looking at Dahlaus (as a POD) and Ryder (for DPP ruck cover) as my final 2 Forwards.

akbal

Considering his risk is JS, if he played for 6 weeks then gets dropped, chances are he will have earned $150k scoring good points along the way. Sure that is enough to make him worthwhile?
Hogan > Titch for me

(this leaves me with Gray, Dusty, Swan, God, Bont, Tex, Titch with one on field in the mids)

jeesh

So a mate of mine has told me that he heard from somewhere that Titch was dating Longmire's daughter and broke her heart and so this is the reason why Titch doesn't get games. Anyone else heard this story?
