Yeah, if they get either vest in the first half of the game the sub rule activates.

It works for any and all players vested.

any vest so he can be subbed off for a mid. the green vest that was subbed on cant be subbed off for a player as he played half the game or more.

Yeah you'll get VC score from what I remember. Since Rocky is getting subbed from your team, a new player takes his place, so your VC will become your new Captain in this case.
