Kieren Jack on 21 at the half, so glad I dumped him as captain for Stefan :P and Hibberd as VC too

Actually might be the first (or one of the first) times in this comp a team hasn't had either the C or VC as a midfielder :3

Boston Terriers 20.11.131 defeated Colorado Avalanche 19.10.124
(Real: 1958 vs 1856)

Colorado very unlucky to not catch Boston on their off-day, putting up a great performance for a losing side. Both teams were very strong across the ground, with the lowest score total being 53 (Pavlich and Grundy). Terriers will lay claim to equal-top spot for at least another week, while Colorado will not as they fall to an unlucky 3-2, but have lost no fans this week.

Best
Boston: Pendlebury, Neale, Priddis, Robinson, Barlow, Cotchin, Dahlhaus
Colorado: Mundy, Thompson, Shuey, Pyke, Watson, Williams, Hodge

Peruvian Panthers 17.17.119 defeated New Jersey Devils 14.16.100
(Real: 1779 vs 1503)

The Devils were very disappointing, with Robbie Gray's huge 134 as captain being the difference between an average score and a terrible score. A backline of 45, 54, 65 and 42 (replaced by the sub, Lonie) really compounding NJD's problems. The Panthers were good across the ground and will keep hold of equal-top spot for another week, while NJD will keep hold of equal-bottom for another week at 1-4.

Best
Peru: Shiel, Grundy, Schulz, Martin, Mumford, Rioli, Kennedy, Fisher
New Jersey: Gray, Bruest, Cunnington, Blair

Santiago Cockerels 17.12.114 defeated Las Vegas Sinners 15.15.105
(Real: 1708 vs 1571)

The Sinners were competitive despite losing Captain Rockliff for 0, but in the end couldn't get over Santiago who were well lead by Captain Armitage. Santiago will jump off the bottom, while the Sinners are condemned to it for at least another week.

Best
Santiago: Duncan, Armitage, Crisp, Enright, Hartlett
Las Vegas: Fyfe, Taylor, Goldsack, Mitchell, Martin, Westhoff

And I'll be doing the other scores too, will start on them after footy classified is finished

Hopefully won't be a bias scorer but if my finger slips and adds an extra 0 to SF's score it wouldn't be the worst thing :P

San Francisco Grizzlies 17.13.115 defeated Quito Quetzals 16.15.111
(Real: 1731 vs 1668)

A good clash has seen the team from the Bay retain a share of top spot, while Quito, despite continuing to impress, fall to 1-4. Stefan Martin as captain was an inspired selection with 120, compared to their best two midfielders who scored just 78 and 83. Eddie Betts was a presence up forward for SF with 5, while Josh Kennedy was a touch better up the other end with 6, although his elbow will concern the coach leading up to next weeks must-win game against Las Vegas.

Best
San Francisco: Shaw, Martin, Howlett, Pittard, Stanton
Quito: Ebert, Mitchell, Kennedy, Lynch, Langdon

Chicago Sharks 16.15.111 defeated Houston Bombers 16.14.110
(Real: 1656 vs 1650)

Heartbreak for Houston just as things were looking great for them as they lose a share of top spot, while Chicago, driven by their vital home ground advantage of Cam McCarthy (49), have jumped out of the cellar to 2-3. Houston's midfield was outstanding (106, 109, 120, 119, 91 and 118 from Isaac Smith as a utility), but a key let down was Rory Sloane's injury-affected 67 as captain, although they could also blame Lachie Henderson's extremely lacklustre 2. Amazingly, Houston had 9 players in the best, triple Chicagos!

Best
Chicago: McDonald, Yeo, Gaff
Houston: Boak, Masten, Smith, Adams, Ellis, Beams, Riewoldt, Rance, Henderson

Brooklyn Hawks 13.23.101 lost to Anaheim Mighty Ducks 17.15.117
(Real: 1515 vs 1750)

An extremely up-and-down performance by the Hawks sees them fall to a 2-3 record, while Anaheim has deservedly moved to 3-2. Bachar Houli's as vice-captain was awesome, as were Gunston and Goddard, but they were let down critically by 6 scores under 50, and captain Jacobs barely scraping 60. Dan Hannebery starred for the Ducks who were consistent right across the ground.

Best
Brooklyn: Houli, Gunston, Goddard, Pearce
Anaheim: Hannebery, Bennell, Wellingham, Steven

thanks jukes i know you doing some extra work while SR is busy

No winless or undefeated teams, good for the comp imo!

Pkbaldy

Very surprised to be sitting where I am. Everyone seems to be scoring low against me. I do believe the star power in my team is completely useless (thanking the old coach for being a draft junkie haha), and my Captain decisions this year have turned to crap haha. But I love the VC on Houli this week. Hopefully I get a few more upset wins this year!

Memphistopheles

Grrr. Have outscored 6 other teams this season but am sitting last.

The most points against :(

It's going to click at some point and we'll get wins.
