After 4 yrs of being in the top 1- 2% without really being at the pointy end, I'm glad to say I'm at 434, and with almost a full team this weekend I'm hoping to crack below 300.

Always being reluctant to say or give much advice with so many great coaches on this site. Starting to feel like I may be able to actually contribute a bit more.

That's a normal feeling I would say mate, don't let it hold you back though once you have your toe in the water the confidence grows and as always there's no real right or wrong answers a good percentage of the time. Look forward to seeing your name among the advice threads, good onya. All the best for getting 300 and under goodluck.
