u understand that heeney was injured
It's irrelevant. It doesn't matter the reason for the low score, it's in his rolling average now so will stall his cash production.

Only for a couple of games then he'll be back to generating some decent coin. I can live with that in SC.
agree, got hold on to trades in SC
understand, but what if you 'need' cash??  :P   :-\   ;)
you wait a couple of weeks for your cows to fatten up :P

Your not alone buddy theres plenty of us that need cash i bet, myself included but if your around 25 trades after this week our only option may be patience and watching the rooks fatten up. Ive conceded a decent rank this year already so now its about finals for me.

Gotta start the upgrades now though - Downgrading = $ and $ = more points

true but you dont want to run out of trades to upgrade your full team

Swoozie

Lets not forget that the week before, Heeney kicked 4 and looked amazing. Had an off day in a team that got smashed until late on. As soon as Sydney started to come good, he was subbed.
He plays mostly forward and you'd expect in the majority of games the ball to be down there a fair bit. Back him in to continue to average around 70-75 and if that's the case he's still got plenty of cash to make after that 7 is out of the rolling average.

I'd definitely be getting rid of NVB before Heeney.

The priority has to be getting a full prem team by seasons end otherwise all this early stuff will be for little anyway because you'll lose out on the backend of the season with no trades.

If you're going for overall though you pretty much have to get your team done ASAP and just hope like hell 3-4 trades is enough to cover the last 10 rounds

This is true but with my worst round 4 rank since starting SC ive all but chucked any thoughts of ranking we'll this year out the window. New territory for me and im hating it. :(

NVB before Heeney, but I would also go Heeney before Ellis-Yolmen, Cripps, Miller, Vanders, Lonie, Clark, Hogan and Salem. If those are the other mid/forward rookies you have then it make sense before you look to upgrade the others as they top out

Agree NVB before Heeney if your going to do it, more money left in Heeney.

poolboybob

There's more cash left in Heeney but also more uncertainty. I could easily see him getting some vests and some weeks off (or in the twos) to try to keep him fresh. Whereas NVB should have a secure spot in the Crows' side. Tough call.

_wato

Getting rid of both Heeney and VB, Krak and Tarrant will make loads of $$ very quickly, and more than likely will enable me to finish off my team quicker than others. Have always gone for overall and risked not having trades, but with Tarrant averaging well over 100 and Krakeour averaging 82 with Mid/Fwd dpp, it's a no brainer for me.

You'll downgrade both Heeney and VB at some stage, although a lot later, but I would rather take two premiums in my side for 3-4 weeks longer than most if it only costs me two traces. There's 300-400 points I've gained already in that space of time

i had a disaster on the weekend but still trying to turn it around if i can hang on to some trades and get these cows to fatten up. Most people are in the same boat. If they arent then they are burning trades left, right and centre.

It cant get any worse from here Grazz
