Cant decide on which trade to do.

option 1: Bartel to Roughead and Newnes to T. Hunt
138k left over

option 2: Bartel to Roughead and Newnes to T. Mcdonald (KPP i know but playing very well)
47k left over

option 3: Bartel to D. Pearce (freo) and Goodes to T. Hunt
27k left over

option 4: Bartel to D. Pearce (freo)/Dahlhaus and Newnes to any defender of my choosing (likely Rance)
17k left over with Dahlhaus/ 57k with D. Pearce

option 5: Bartel to D. Pearce (freo)/Dahlhaus and Newnes to T. Hunt
224k with Pearce/ 184k with Dahlhaus

I personally wouldn't be getting in Danyle Pearce. Roughy is enough of a risk but at least we know that he's done it before and can go really big. Danyle has had a couple of big scores but hasn't really looked like averaging more than 80 in his career,  not good enough IMO. What's wrong with Bartel to an established prem?

This. Hunt, McDonald and Rance could all leave you in exactly the same situation as Newnes, we're 3 games in and none of them have a history to stand on - Hunt's never gone over 65, maybe he's benefiting from new club but I wouldn't go near him, McDonald is killing it now but in his last 3 years has consistently been 70-75, similarly Rance is off to a flyer but also consistently been 80-85 the last few years. Rance I would be most comforable with but that's still not much better numbers than you're getting from Newnes, for 80k and a trade... Newnes is absolutely a luxury trade for anyone who started him, don't get sucked in by a few early bolters.

Similarly, Pearce has never been a keeper forward and usually averages around 80. Roughy could be worth a punt but also don't chase 170 odd he just scored, he's a KPP so for that huge game he'll throw you a 20 odd to balance it. I would be looking at any you don't have of Swan, Dusty, Gray (if you can cover him out this week), or Bont (if you think he'll be a keeper). I think your final forward line you only want 1 KPP forward at most which I think the pick is still Buddy, and he's cheaper than Roughy at the moment anyway. If you've got Swan, Dusty, Gray and Buddy already, then you need to trade Bartel for a mid cos your mids must suck :P

Can't go wrong with any of Buddy/Swan etc. that are all cheaper than Bartel.

Don't see Hunt outscoring Newnes, and won't make enough cash to be worth trading in and back out for a quick $100k.
