I went with Bont and I'll probably pick up either Gray or JPK in a couple weeks with the money I saved while they drop in price

My logic exactly... $155 in the kitty from picking Bont which will help when cash cows are ripening to pick up Gray.

The reservation with this is yes that's fine if Bont goes 95+ for the year... but what if from here on out he goes ~80... you'll want to sideways trade him out again... I think I will take the punt on him too, just saying that's my concern, that he's not a proven choice...

Yep i have my doubts too with the extra attention he will receive :-\ I think i will still pick him as he should sill win a fair few CP but have also considered Motlop for 12k more. Getting more mid time now and shots on goal too.

I think with gray out it makes it an easier choice to pick bont now and do what you all said, use the cash to upgrade the cows later on.
With a few good premos likely to fall we can get them in quicker with that cash.

Hold till next week, pray all fwds play,  then decide Krak,  Watson over rocky or Selwood,  Wait another week for KK>Smith

Would prefer rocky or selwood over watson but watson could always be good for M8 at the end of the year. Also seeing how krak scores again before getting him in would be a better option however as gray is now out youll have to either cop the donut or trade early.

Considered getting Buddy for him, but have decided to move Belly from R2 to F5 and trade Bartel for Goldy

Goldy is a far better option, you now have cover for your rucks. I'm still torn on this one, Gray being out and Geary in line for number 1 tag duties has me swaying towards Bont/Smith.

Something like that, though Bont comes with the disclaimer that if you seriously think he will go 95+ for the season, he would be ahead of Dusty and Buddy I reckon. The question is just if he can do that, only 19 and will start getting more attention. I'm really torn on it and need to make up my mind sharpish (Dusty being my other alternative!)

Meant to say Bartel to Lewis. Already have Fyfe, Slone, Jelwood and Ward in mids. Dusty, Bennell and Swan as fwds.
