Which rookies to offload

Struggling with which rookies to trade this week.
So far leaning towards Salem but I would like to hear your thoughts.
Here is a list of the rookies in positions I want to trade along with the next 3 teams they are playing and break evens (Actually not included - I cant find any BE's and don't have a subscription - Could anyone be so kind as to help out with BE's??!!)...

Mid
Newton - Richmond, Fremantle, Sydney               BE 18
Cripps - Saints, Collingwood, Brisbane                  BE  -8
J. Nelson - Brisbane, GWS, Port Adelaide              BE  8
Vandenberg - Richmond, Fremantle, Sydney         BE  -15

Im going to include Van Berlo here because his scores are up and down... Van Berlo - Bulldogs, Port, Gold Coast - BE 29

Fwd
Salem - Richmond, Fremantle, Sydney                       BE  8
M. Clark - North Melbourne, Richmond, Collingwood    BE 7
McCarthy - Gold Coast, West Coast, Hawks                 BE -4

Also have Ellis-Yoleman but don't want to trade him yet.

So Im leaning towards trading either Newton or Salem to another rookie and upgrading Van Berlo to Bontempelli.
Already have $145,000 in the bank to play with so money isn't much of an issue.

I know for a fact Salems BE isn't -28! He hasn't been in the negatives for a couple of weeks now

Ah excellent. So either ive read it wrong or it isn't updated... Can anyone help out?? Either way, I think Salem is the one to go so far along with VB
