Lions are still winless,Eagles were pathetic against Freo on the weekend and may have lost another defender.
Honestly no idea who will win this Eagles defence is depleted but the Lions forward line is as well.

One things for sure.... football wont be the winner here.

Will be a terrible display

Ricochet

Not too concerned about the result, just as long as DBeams gets a million touches

Beams sluts up, Rich sluts up.

But eagles win. oh and sheed sluts up.

I'd be surprised if Brisbane won a game this year. West Coast should be fresh after their bruise-free game against Freo in the derby and should win easily here.

I'd like to think that we should win this, but we are every chance to lose

50/50 match, unfortunately

What pressure would Simpson be under if West Coast lost this one. If there was a market for 1st coach sacked this year I'd put my money on him.

I dont know about that. They have a lot of injures. Actually both clubs do.

Will be interesting to see who is named this weekend

I would be shocked if he got sacked based on the amount of injuries we have

Not just this year too - ever since he got the job he has never had a best team available to select from

Nige

I think Eagles will get up here. Lions seem to be struggling.

would be looking to sack the strength and conditioning coordinators before the coaches the way its being going...

If we play for 4 quarters think we should be able to account for Eagles but tyhat is the if.  We do not seem to really concentrate for 4 quarters so any lapse Eagles will win.

Both sides depleted and with Leppa maintaining his attacking style rather than go defensive we may be vulnerable.

by my count thats 13 players for each club out with injury

Hard to tip this. I think Westcoast would win easily at Subi but it evens up being at the Gabba. Gonna say Westcoast by a point!

HGA vs slightly better team, tough and may depend on McGovern's fitness (and whether or not Sinkers gets a gig!)

Backing in the home team at this stage
