Not overly sure about Maynard, but trading Cripps is a good move. Trading out Lumumba to a premium back is also a good move. Hodge or Enright are the only other options I would consider over Picken.

This is a pretty good option really... Bench cover will be spares but just cross your fingers for no injuries, if you do get one hopefully it's down the track and you can cull a rook for some cash then...

You have Dahlhaus so go Bont. However Lever still has a BE of 20, TMac is 53. I am personally waiting and praying that I can get Malceski or Brodie Smith in my side for $100k cheaper as my D6. However if the two trades fit under your cap I think it's an omen that you should make those trades :)
