Is it just me or did he look very slow and lumbering? Almost looked disinterested.
Three matches in I think he should be performing better.

I actually think the opposite. He always lumbers when not right near the ball.

_wato

He's averaging over 90, so there is absolutely nothing to worry about or say he should be performing better.

He played against Fremantle and against Sandi so was never going to score high, and I agree with Colty and admit he does lumber around when the ball isn't close.

Slashers

NicNat and Goldy... Great combo.

ronl

Sandi dominated the ruck contests so Nicnat did all his scoring in general play, not a bad effort.

Plus even when NicNat won the taps Freo was smashing the Eagles in the midfield so he was getting very few hit outs to advantage

They got destroyed. He was one of their best players. Surprised he scored that much tbh

This. Hard to get effective hitouts a) against Sandi and b) when Fyfe/Mundy/Neale are at your feet reading your taps

Thewizz71

Wasn't particularly worried with his score (would've liked more of course) - just the way he looked and appeared to be moving (or not moving) around the ground.

RaisyDaisy

Move along, nothing to see here ;)

He is fine. We got pumped by Freo and no Eagle scored good enough for SC

Saw him chasing and tackling, looked fine. Averaging no worse than anyone bar Goldy

HotTiges

He's going as well as Maric and im holding..as long as hes fit hr should be fine

You could say the exact same about every ruckman in the league haha

He's come up against Minson and Sandi, two of the comp's elite rucks, in the first three rounds, plus Cam Wood who has a 3cm height advantage on Nic. Give him at least few more weeks before doing something silly.

Keep in mind he did miss a fair chunk of the pre season. Will build on his fitness and only get better.

I'm more worried about Maric :( playing great footy but being badly hurt by the new ruck scoring system
