Thoughts on going Newton to Krakouer this week?

Is it too early to bring Krakouer in?

I would wait one. If you go early on someone it might be worth going early on WhiteX

AaronKirk

im waiting on WhiteX. not worth trading brown out for him.

Decided to go Goodes > Bontempelli via Saad DPP. And Bartel > Buddy.

Bontempelli will be my Bruyn manouvere, ride his price rise and use as a stepping stone to a fallen keeper in a few weeks in JPK/Gray/Pendles.

Too risky too early on? What are the chances of the Boofont notching up a few more early season tonnes?

eaglesman

I need to have a look at break evens but early thoughts for my team.

Goodes to Brodie smith
And belly to bontempelli

Belly to Sloane
Goodes to savage

Fid

I might just do the one trade - Bartel to Bont.  Which will leave me with just over $340,000 in the bank

Think he will do ok, I'm expecting a 95-100 average.

Big Mac

I've got 650k and no idea how to spend it

Could go something like Belly + Cockatoo ---> JPK (can't afford Sloane) + Swan

Then sort out Lamb and N.Brown next week?

tempted by Newnes to Smith..

Smith will be in my team this week, I look forward to meeting Newnes in the head to head battles.  8)

yep - this move is at the top of my consideration list this week

GoLions

So the Saints play early Saturday. I have Lonie and Lamb on bench, and Bartel currently injured in forward line. Really want to get Gray, however he plays the Hawks this week and has a high BE. If Lonie scores well against the Blues, I could always just keep Bartel on field and trade him to Gray next week?

Mat0369

That could be a good plan, my issue with that though is what happens if you get a late withdrawal? Cats play the 2nd last game of the week which means you might be able to trade Jimmy anyway

TomK

I have Lamb sitting at F8 and I would like to upgrade him to a keeper but don't have the cash with only 80k in bank. I have to trade Ablett this week and I'm currently trading him to Sloane.

In order to upgrade Lamb to a premo, I'm thinking about trading Ablett to Bont which would then give me $514,100 to grab someone in the Midfield or Forward line.

So it's either
Ablett - Bont and T.Lamb - 514k
or
Ablett - Sloane and leave T.Lamb at F8

I know it's very early but would love to see what you guys think.

Late withdrawal means I get the Bont hahaha

Mat0369

Why not Ablett>Sloane and wait it out on one of Krak/Tarrant to sideways Lamb and generate cash?

eaglesman

Have a wines injury to deal with

So will be

Wines to Sloane

Then 431k to complete another trade
Maybe

Goodes to smith (leaves me with 134k)
Belly to Bont (leaves me 326k)

Gigantor

Clark -> Krak
Goodes -> Sloan (via Saad DPP)

If I do it this week I'm left with 22800 cash, If I wait a week to see if Kraks is named for a 3rd game the cash gets tight if Goodes spuds up again.(I don't think he will be dropped if Morris and Wallis are out)
