Side note, overager Josh Minogue killed it again, doesn't seem to be on any power ranking list. But he'd be worth the punt in my eyes.

I've still got 0 idea on who you guys will pick up with your first pick...

We need another rebounding defender assuming Salem moves into the midfield, but we can probably find someone with our 2nd/3rd rounder

Other needs are a 2nd tall forward, Max King has shown signs but he's still got a long way to go - Doubt we'll find who we need at pick 5-ish though, and Roos doesn't like to draft talls

That just leaves mids - Ideally we find another Petracca, someone with a bit of pace and x-factor but can win their own ball. Doesn't look like anyone will be available this year though at pick 5

So basically I think we have to trade it

Well Weitering and Schache would both be out of Melbournes ranged as they will go 1 and 2 regardless, teams would be stupid to let him slide... Next best would possibly be Curnow, McKay, Collins. But I think you COULD get Aaron Francis (Only fear is he could be picked already) for the rebound role, or Darcy Parish/Harley Balic for that outside run and carry.

I also rate Matho really highly. I think he has the potential to be the strongest out of this entire draft. I would really love him at the Saints (Which I put him there for my little Phantom Draft) but we are in dire need of outside run and carry, Dan McKenzie could bring that too the table, but Darcy Parish would be perfect for the Saints.

Yup. And from what I was told, he was best on ground by a mile on the weekend. Even though it was a one sided affair. Kid has some serious talent. This time last year he was the most talked about under age player and was a mile ahead of everyone else. So he has slacked off a little bit, but no doubt he will become a good player.
