How did Vic beat NSW when they didnt post a team in the team thread??

They just get the first 5 drafted player's scores (6th being the emergency) I think

Is this true, not having a go, just need clarification

Lodgement rules
1. There are no captains, no vice captains and no subs. 
2. One emergency will be allowed.
3. Modifications on teams may be done by editing your original post. If you make a new one, your original post will be deleted.
4. It is the coach's responsibility to make sure their team is correctly named.
5. A failure to submit one's team will result in the first 5 players drafted being lodged as the team for the week with the 6th drafted as emergency.

KB posted his team, just in the wrong thread, but because he did actually post his team, I let it count.

That won't be the case again though, for him or anyone else.

No. I never changed a rule. There wasn't technically a rule in place.

The original idea was purely for a lodgement thread. The banter thread came after.

I assumed people would have enough sense to read the thread name and post in the right one each week (not having a go at KB at all, speaking generally). I didn't really expect this problem to arise in the first place, but it did and it was an honest mistake on KB's part, so I excused it and allowed the submission.

Another reason for allowing it is because KB did in fact go to the effort of submitting a team, whereas other coaches did not bother or were unable to.
