Alright, Team submission report:

@NDT, Michie was named twice, hence you named zero emergencies. On preferences, and assuming there are no players that are named in the AFL, they are Reece Conca, Tom Curren and Sam Darley.

@Seoul, no VC named. On preferences, your VC is Jonathon Ceglar.

@Buenos Aires (Membrey), New Delhi (Robertson) and Pacific (Stanley), these players are OOP, but you already knew that.

@PNL, I believe this is first time anyone has nominated a resting candidate, and named that person as an emergency. It's a tricky situation, as there are reasons why, such as the risk of losing the rest bonus for next week if that player is needed this week. Also, (and I'm not sure many are aware), is that if that player is needed this week, they come on for quarter points.

Resting

14. A team can rest one player per week, and that player has a 10% bonus applied the next week. Can not be used in finals

14a. Is completely optional
14b. A coach nominates which player (only one per week) they would like to rest.
14c. This player MUST play AFL that week.
14d. You can't rest a player if you can't field a team in every position. If you don't have anymore emergencies to complete a team during the round, the rested player will be the next person in at QUARTER points and they will no longer be rested.
14e. For purposes of my processing, a Rested player's score WILL count in the Reserves.
14f. The rested player MUST play the next round (avoids coaches 'resting' players not in best XV).

This rule was really designed for the rested player to be named outside the 18, but since this isn't technically against the rules, I'll allow it. Williams however is effectively your E3, as the rule states "if you don't have anymore emergencies to complete a team during the round, the rested player will be the next person in at quarter points". i.e., your E1 and E3 will come in a half points if necessary before Williams is considered at quarter points.
