Just got home from the game. A Brisbane supporter on the middle deck was taunting and abusing the shower out of the Richmond cheer squad in the last quarter. The whole cheer squad started shouting "You are a White Goodman" at this bloke. Then and old woman started abusing the cheer squad as well and she absolutely copped it from the Tigers supporters (it was pretty funny tbh)

Then about 10 security guards circled the Richmond cheer squad and got them to calm down. As soon as the guards disappeared the "You are a White Goodman" chants kicked back into gear while the lions supporter on the top deck was taunting the cheer squad again.

Was good fun, as the game was boring... Good to yell "Yellow and Black" with the Richmond supporters.

Think AK will agree with me. Game was very sloppy by both sides except Brisbane were crappier.

Would be surprised if Lions D/e as a team was greater than 50% was an absolute disgrace. Clanger why try a kick across field inside your own 50 giving Tigers a gift Goal. (Spoilt a good game Steph). This was only one of 10 turnovers I counted resulting in Tigers goals. And why the penchant with trying to get out of trouble with handballs. For heavens sake it is not a netball game but a football game so use your foot to clear. However in saying that be careful when you reef it downfield as you will get pinged for deliberate out of bounds, (This was the only real umpiring clanger of the night the ball went to open spaces 50 metres downfield and rolled out of bounds and umpire called deliberate. That really grated on me as till that pointy think umpires were fair to both sides.)

Glad you had some entertainment down your end AK. My members seat is up the other end of the ground. Couple of members around me calling for Leppa to be sacked already but that is not the answer, Just need to get back to basics.

On the bright side for Lions Beams, Christo and Robertson seem to be starting to gel with their new team mates. I have to remember as well that Lions have the 4th youngest list in the AFL so need to be patient.
