The error in SC scores on FF didn't effect any of the outcomes on this weeks games? Which i'm hoping not seeings as I only won by 2 points.

Anything under 100 (so about a goal win in scoring terms) is a close win for me haha

Also have just noticed that New Jersey have lost their two matches by a point each, ouch!

Houston 20.10 130 Defeated Quito 18.6 114

In a highly entertaining and high scoring game, the Houston Bombers have announced themselves as genuine contenders. Strong across the board, led from the front by Captain Sloane. The Quetzals have given themselves a good run, and Mitchell, McVeigh and Lynch did all they could, but they lacked the high scoring firepower to go with the bombers.

Changes:
Bombers: Henderson(UTI) Replaced Adams, Bugg(Emerg) replaced Henderson
Quetzals: No change

Best:
Bombers: Hill, Sloane, Beams, Hooker, Boak, Smith, Walters
Quetzals: Mitchell, McVeigh, Cloke, Lynch, Ebert

San Francisco 18.12 120 Defeated Anaheim 17.12 114

A thrilling affair has seen the Grizzlies get over the Mighty Ducks despite a huge fightback.
Despite a poor effort from the leadership group, the rest of the Grizzlies have stood firm against a Ducks midfield led byt Hannebery Steven and Heppell, certainly a team of the future.

Changes:
Grizzlies: Guthrie(sub) replaced Thompson
Ducks: Wellingham(sub) replaced Curnow

Best:
Grizzlies: Coniglio, Douglas, Shaw, Elliot, Stanton, Miles
Ducks: Hannebery, Steven, Smith, Heppell, Zaharakis, Hurley

Chicago 18.17 125 Lost to Colorado 20.14 134

A mammoth effort from the Colorado Avalanche has everyone reaching for the record books. Despite an early injury to Jimmy Bartel, the sub Jong has covered well. A massive score from Hodge along with the leadership group of Watson and Swan, with good support from almost all on the team. The Sharks can count themselves very unlucky after Roughead kicked a bag and Selwood was everywhere, but they just didnt get the support needed to get them over the line.

Changes:
Sharks: Lynch(sub) replaced Stokes
Avalanch: Petrie(UTI) replaced Hawkins, Brown(sub) replaced Petrie, Jong(sub) replaced Bartel

Best:
Sharks: Roughead, Selwood, Gibson, Rischitlelli, Broadbent
Avalanche: Hodge, Watson, swan, Thompson, Murphy, Jones, Mundy, Zorko

Updated Ladder

San Francisco takes outright top spot, but with reigning runners-up Boston and inaugural GW Cup champs Houston breathing down their neck. Only a win separates second from second last with both an unbeaten and un-winning team either end, with very nice symmetry making up the ladder so far! And, in what could be described as like Bizarro World, both the top and bottom teams have scored the same amount of points! Just 46 points conceded being a big difference...

San Francisco Grizzlies   3   0   350   333   105.10
Boston Terriers   2   1   371   341   108.80
Houston Bombers   2   1   357   345   103.48
Peruvian Panthers   2   1   356   351   101.42
Colorado Avalanche   2   1   355   351   101.14
Brooklyn Hawks   2   1   304   308   98.70
Las Vegas Sinners   1   2   337   326   103.37
New Jersey Devils   1   2   323   313   103.19
Anaheim Mighty Ducks   1   2   347   348   99.71
Chicago Sharks   1   2   340   359   94.70
Santiago Cockerels   1   2   319   354   90.11
Quito Quetzals   0   3   350   379   92.35

yeah, scores taken from FF this week generally no good.

Do you have a record of highest ever scores?

#3 and #5 falling this week

SydneyRox

knew avalanche had to be close!

Jukes

And not to take anything away from the sharks who almost made it with a losing effort! 128 was tied for 5th before this week, so only 45 more SC would've made it for them.

kilbluff1985

the comp has 10 teams instead of 12 so you would expect records to be broken

:'( So close but no cigar. Looking at some of my players scores I thought I was going to have a winning score

Memphistopheles

Gahhh wtf - I just can't take a trick.

I thought my team was pretty decent but I keep losing :(

We are 5th for points scored but easily first for points against.
