Round 3 Trades

I have 3 trades that I need to do.

GAJ > Sloane or JPK
N Brown > McIntosh
Cripps > NVB.

Do you guys think I should hold GAJ for one more week and do the other 2 trades. Or just trade GAJ this week and hold onto Cripps?

Some chance Cripps could be named. Late out with back so who knows...would make the decision easier.
Think GAJ to Sloane or JPK would be my first trade and decide between McIntosh/NVB as your second...whichever of the two of defence/mids is the weaker and needs fixing. At this stage Brown and Cripps are okay picks.

I've done Goodes -> Oxley and GAJ -> Sloane. Was gonna get Fyfe but Sloaney's BE is lower than Fyfe so if he pumps out what he's averaging after two rounds against the Dees this week then he'll make some cash too.

Hopefully can get Fyfe in a week or two by getting rid of Cripps.

Got to get rid of Pearce as he is going nowhere fast, if I trade him ive only got $294k to spend on replacement.
My only options are realistically
Taylor Hunt - Hunt is going through the mids, not tagging but looks likely to keep scoring ok.
Josh Bruce - got a 146 and an 80 odd, he will sky rocket in price but can he get over $400k?

Ultimately I knoe neither will be a keeper but im hoping one of them can get over $400k and I can upgrade asap. Either way Clancee has to go.

I have been lucky with Rookies and dont need any corrective trades and this seems to be the only issue at the moment with my team unless Taylor Adams in out in which case ill bench or trade depending on how long hes out.

Well. Here's what I'm thinking:

Concerns:
Goodes (BE 65), Cocky (53), GAJ (224, out), Miller (4, vest bait), Cripps (18, iffy), Lamb (N/A, out)

Potential targets:
CEY (-104), Oxley (-75), NVB (-59)

Goodes can get 65 if he gets a full game. Cocky and Miller are chewing up space, GAJ and maybe Cripps not up for selection so live to be traded another week. Therefore my probably trade outs will be Cocky and Miller for CEY and NVB. If Goodes is vested again I may re-think this but with Cripps out my mid bench is non-existant so I can't even bench GAJ, bringing 2 mid cash cows in gives me some freedom. Then next week GAJ and Lamb for someone and someone else. I think that's a good way to go, though I don't like the idea of being 4 trades down so quickly...

Settled on Ablett to JPK, would have started with him pre season, although that round 12 bye forced him out. Looked at Sloane but i think Danger should be enough cover. Am i right?

The second trade is where i am having issues, could go a number of ways.
- Cripps to Rich?
- Miller/Lambert to Van Berlo?

Doesn't matter about BEs when it comes to super premos and them making cash as you aren't intending to trade them out anyway. The only good thing about superpremos having low BEs and making cash is if they get injured in the first quarter or something then at least they won't bleed cash if you have to trade them out.
The decision as to whether to get Fyfe or Sloane should be based on who you think is going to score more points...but do appreciate that lower BE means he'll be more pricey in the future if you don't buy him now.

I traded Clancee out after R1 as the writing was on the wall and agree he has to go.
McIntosh, Oxley, Saad and N Brown could be better options to downgrade to and use the cash elsewhere. Bruce did well this week against GC and has expressed an enthusiasm to keep playing forward. Will have to keep taking marks and kicking goals to be a good pick. Risky. Hunt only scored 68 this week...another risky pick. They might work but Clancee might end up better than both of those two as well. I'd trade down to whichever of the four cheaper picks I mentioned you don't have.

Not much point in Sloane or Fyfe making cash unless you intend on selling them, so I wouldn't be too concerned with either of those
Two BEs.  If you already have NVB and Ellis Yolmen,  l'd go Fyfe, more so with Thompson returning soon.

ABLETT...Not playing so wont drop in $$$ but can trade to Sloan and not loss points (in cash league and overall points gets $ also)
GOODES... Not many options as have all key rookies except Brown who I don't want. Hunt not sure abouts
CRIPPS..If named this week only 2nd game so wont lose $$ if he spuds..BUT could get NVB with straight swap
MILLER...Should make his BE just but not sure will make enough $$ to upgrade. Could swap to NVB also

Lambert is out for 8 weeks. Decision time for you...do you want to loophole him fwd/back until his return whenever that will be or trade him out.
Lambert to NVB if I was you.

my plan was to trade Goodes to Oxley and Lambert to NVB, but now with Ablett out and gonna drop in price alot i think its time to go. It kills me to do this cause i hate trading prems out but think it has to be done, so Ablett to Sloane and not sure with the 2nd trade. Also have Cripps and Miller in the mids which is a worry, what should i do
