Playing off half back, you've gotta give Salem a second chance. His ceiling feels much higher to me than McCarthy's. I don't think you should be fielding any key forward rookies not named Mitch Clark.

I'd love to help in the mids but I'm as stuck as you. At the moment, I'm chasing last week's points and going with Vandeberg because none of the three have made me really want to start them.

I think Vince is too important to Melbourne to start him in green. Guess well have to wait to see what Roo's does.

Note that Chad Wingard had no pre-season and didn't start in green for Port.
