McGovernator...defender or pretender?

So as an Eagles fan I watched West Coast's 1st round game intently throwing a multitude of expletives of an underperforming team mainly targeted at Sheed and Wellingham to name a few.  Only positive I took away from the match was McGovern is a beast and can actually play any where, saved so many goals by taking huge pack marks down back.  Then I looked at his DT score and it was very delicious.  I haven't seen his name mentioned once yet, what are peoples thoughts on him priced just under the 400K mark and with plenty of opportunities in a decimated Eagles squad either by injury or by crap football skills.

I'm with you man, getting rid of ibbo myself and McGov is one of my prime candidates.
Il be looking closely at teams announced to see who they pick to play tall in defence to hopefully allow McGov to play floating defender for heaps of +6's. if its only scholfield and the blues name Casboult i'd avoid McGov as he'll probably play key defender and score 30

Yeah I'll watch him one more week and see what he does.
