The Dillos are a surprise too.

Mexico City run home - can they make the top 4?

R11: Christchurch (2nd)
R12: Cairo (17th)
R13: Moscow (4th)
R14: Buenos Aires (16th)
R15: Cape Town (11th)
R16: PNL (3rd)
R17: Dublin (1st)

So they play each of the current top 4, a potentially tricky match against Cape Town, and too wins against Cairo and Buenos Aires (sorry guys)

Currently 6-4.... I doubt 10-7 would make the top 4, and 11-6.. maybe... But I don't think the Suns can lose any more than 2 if that.

pretty lucky to be sitting 2nd being the 7th highest scorer.

It's all downwards from here. Teams tend to choke against us so we've been lucky. Dublin the only team not to choke against 'church, even PNL choked but I handed them the win.

We host Mexico City next week in our 2nd last home game of the year so we'll be up against it most weeks.
We get Gibbs (where's Rocky!?) and Picken back next week so hopefully we put up our best performance of the year. We'll need it.

Berlin run-home

- Buenos Aires (A)
- Christchurch (H)
- Cairo (H)
- London (N)
- Rio de Janerio (A)
- Toronto (H)

Assuming they win against Beijing, that brings them to 6-5.

They've already played the current 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th teams. Leaving them only 1 match against the current top 8.

They simply can't afford to lose to Buenos Aires and Cairo (though the later could surprise on a good day)

They'd fance themselves against London, and could take down all of Christchurch, Rio de Janeiro and Toronto on its day.

If they lose 4 of those that would be just about worse case scenario and bring them to 8-9

Win 3 (which has to be likely barring Fyfe going down) and that gives them 9-8 and a good shot at the finals.

Win 4 and they are in.

From this point, I believe it would take a disaster for Berlin to miss the finals.

They could win all 6 if things go its way, and 12-5 could be enough for top 4.

The latter will surprise on a good day, I'm calling it now (it seems to work for Purps :P)!

I've quietly analysed my run home to pieces, and came with more or less the same conclusion  :-X I'm not going to say how I rate my chances, as I don't want to set myself up to fail.

Let's just say, the win against Mexico City was unbelievably crucial for me.
