I don't plan on taking Read off the field all year, Goldy stays on bench with the E, then all I have to do is give Read the C if necessary.

Yeah I am but having Nic Nac and Maric play in the first 2 games means it's Nic Nac or Cripps for VC  :( maybe Miller will be dropped that would help

can the loop hole be from anyone on the  bench that isn't playing?

For example VC on gaz and captain on cox? with belly emergency score on the bench? never done the loophole before because normally gaz has always been lock and load form me, i wouldn't mind having 2 bites of the cherry

Dont forget you need a 0 to be able to loophole and the 2 most popular rucks play before all the big guns.

To me i think my options are Bontempelli, Griffin or Priddis into Gaz

You only need your emergency to play after your VC

Just put your ruck on the bench now with the E, and your non-playing ruck on the field. If your VC does well, put the C on the non-playing ruck, if not, just leave it how it is.

Spot on I have left Goldy on my bench with E and Read on the ground.      Not likely to change this setup much this year.

At this stage I'm looking at Sloan into either Gaz or Selwood.  I think Joel will want to atone for last week and with no Crowley to contend with could go big, and I'm hoping Dangerfield will get the A tag against the Pies leaving Sloane to do pretty much as he pleases for two weeks in a row. I wouldn't be surprised to see Gaz pump out a 150, but I don't think he'll go that high, still looked a bit sore last week.
