Can I just raise a note - in naming the SUB from the rule book.

*Emergencies are taken in the order they are named to cover non playing players by first named emergency in that position. If there are no available players from that position, the first named emergency is taken.

So if you name your Sub in Emerg Slot one and someone misses they will be used as an emergency and there will be no sub score.

yeah, just in case, but it also matters if you have cover in the UTI first.

If a player misses, it goes to UTI(if there is one) then emerg, but in the case of a UTI being used the first named emerg comes onto the UTI bench

Its all a bit of luck, but best not to name the first to avoid not using the sub.
