When do our alarm bells start to ring? Do we keep faith in our almighty players? Or make them walk the plank? I know Salem is first on my list!!

Um definitely not after round 1. Relax bud it's one game. Wait till after round 2 and if you still want to trade then do it then.

Why Salem?? what did u expect... he's rookie priced will play every week.. & Everyones got him!!

I'd be more worried with something like Dusty's score right now...

Unless injured like Rocky think all players need more than 1 round , a couple of corrective trades after next week with players that could lose lots of cash but Salem is not an expensive player he will make you cash

Yeh plenty of guys will be under the pump if Dusty Lids and Cotch spud it up again.       Realistically all should average 100+ for the year.   But will take some big ones to keep them if another low score pops up again and you face the loss of cash.
Hopefully they struggle and we can pick em up down the track at good value.

The way I do it is go through each player and avoid trading R1, except for injury and non playing rookies.
Stick with your choices, unless you have to make changes. In R2 look at if you need to make any corrective trades - Make sure you have a liit on how many you will use.

If I had Rocky, he is the only one I would even consider this week, 6 weeks is a risk if it becomes 7-8 getting off now would be better

Would any of you look to trade miller out to rich this week so you still have 2 corrective trades next week, or am i being a bit too trigger happy.

your not Judd Magic in disguise?
As mentioned unless you have a LTI like Rocky/Daisy id hold off trading..hard to gauge 1 game.you feel like you get an idea  after 2 rounds..

This is the one im stuggling with

Sidebottom. Reported a 3-4 week injury. Happy to sit him on the pine if it was 2 weeks however thinking about getting him out. Might get on a rookie i have missed then bank the cash and get sidey back in when he is fit

Crazy to leave all that cash in the bank for weeks costing you points

Just sideways him to another premo mid

bkp130

Yeah i was thinking that however if someone like newton can keep an 80 Average. Get him in. Cash Generation until sidey comes back. Sidey back in. Bank the cash to spend elsewhere

We will see how i feel after lockout.

I am thinking Sidebottom to Jordan Lewis or Gaz. It still sucks to be burning a trade this early on a guy you think will be a keeper in the midfield this year

bkp130

Definatley think he will be a keeper. Glad he scored as high as he did before he got injured

Picked him over pendles this season

Oh yeah, I am tempted to sit him on the bench for a week because sometimes with finger injuries the mids can play through it and come back early. He absolutely killed it last night
