I believe you can elevate a rookie to replace an LTI at any stage during the year. The nominated rookie cut off has passed, but Vanders can still be upgraded.

I think that deadline was last week man. And not 100% on this but they can upgrade for an LTI anytime but before a 2pm Thursday deadline each week. Again, not 100% on that

Fairly sure that was in relation to last weekend (the VFL game).

Given we'll know the sub for the Melbourne game prior to lockout but not the Sydney sub I think you have to back in Vandenberg if he's named in the 21. There's a chance Towers will be the Swans sub but I'll give VBerg a shot this week.

The way i read this is we have a full rolling lockout through RD1 this year in DT so should know all SUBS ;)

But yeah, if Vanderberg aint the sub, put him on the field.
