I bet you all I can beat these two thread with one of my own
But why would people want advice from someone who has never finished in the top 10,000 of any fantasy footy competition?
Who said i was making an Ask PB thread? ;)
I want to ask SilkySkills.

Could you tell me what your team looks like overall? Would be a lot easier to give you a more detailed rundown.  :)

Shirley.

Simmo, Shaw, Newnes, Lumumba, Jaksch, Goodes (Saad, McIntosh)

GAJ, Pendles, JPK, Ward, Newton, Cripps, Cockatoo, Vandenberg (Ellis-Yolmen, Steele, Krakouer)

Goldy, Maric (O'Brien)

Bartel, Swan, Titchell, Salem, Clark, Hogan (Karny, Lambert)

That's the current team however I have 345k still to spend which is going to depend on a few namings. Jaksch to Brown would give me enough to DPP Karny into Jobe, and Cockatoo into Heeney would give me enough to bring in Beams - just short of Jelwood. if GAJ is out then Fyfe and Jelwood are both affordable, so I've kept a bit of a bankroll for a reason. Happy to hear suggestions on what you would think of doing with it though.

I can't believe I didn't notice you don't have Heeney! He is a must so Cockatoo>Heeney is the best move, I'd personally go Maric>Nic Nat. Same durability, Nic Nat is a lower price and has a bigger ceiling. He played 20 games last year! Then I'd go Newton>JAnderson, Newton doesn't really strike me as a decent scorer. Viv Michie of 2015 IMO. That should give you enough to upgrade Karny>Jobe via Steele, I'd then go Steele>Lamb keeping an eye on who gets named Rd1. Whatever extra cash you have I'd just leave until teams get named.

That would be my plan.  :)

Will take under advisement but I have reasons for not having most of the guys you've suggested haha :) Thanks for your input though.

Hey Torpy

What's your view on planning for the bye rounds? Do you think it is worth the effort?

I think our teams keep changing there really isn't any point.  :P

I checked mine yesterday and was something like 8/13/9.  It's worth it, but you have to take into account rookies. I'd be keeping an eye on it throughout the first few rounds.

I don't see a big breakout year for Wallis, sure he will make some cash but he isn't a player who will deliver scores straight away and make big enough money that he could be a straight swap for a fallen premium. He should average 75ish but I wouldn't expect more than that. Might be used as a tagger too, always a little hard to tell with a new coach. Not something I'd risk.

Adams on the other hand I reckon could be a gem, he has a spot in the Pies Midfield and if he gets his efficiency up he can become a premium. Him having DPP status makes him even more likely, I can see him dropping, the question to ask yourself is, are you prepared to take a risk? If he just rolls along at a 75 average which I think is worst case scenario, what could you do with him?

Wallis is a no from me, Adams a 50/50. I haven't picked either but Adams was on my radar, chose Belly over him.
