Hey Mate, do you think its worth using trades early to bring in cheap and playing players?
I had Heeney, Vandenberg, m. Clark, Salem and c. Smith all playing this week, but none of my bench got any game time.
Should I begin to switch out players like V-Rainbow, Laverde, and c. Daniel for players like McIntosh, Saad and Ellis-Yeolman?
New to the game so trying to work out the transfer situation and price-rise mechanics (if its anything like FPL and you don't build team value from the start you're rooted midway through the season).

No worries though - can be easily fixed. Just requires you to use probably all 4 trades for this round and next

I'd suggest something like

Rainbow ---> Saad
Goddard ---> Mcintosh

Then next week

Laverde ---> Ellis Yolmen
Daniel ---> Hogan

Should see you in a pretty good spot for the first price rise

Hi Jay lil help

Got to get rid of Pearce as he is going nowhere fast, if I trade him ive only got $294k to spend on replacement.
My only options are realistically
Taylor Hunt - Hunt is going through the mids, not tagging but looks likely to keep scoring ok.
Josh Bruce - got a 146 and an 80 odd, he will sky rocket in price but can he get over $400k?

Ultimately I knoe neither will be a keeper but im hoping one of them can get over $400k and I can upgrade asap. Either way Clancee has to go.

I have been lucky with Rookies and dont need any corrective trades and this seems to be the only issue at the moment with my team unless Taylor Adams in out in which case ill bench or trade depending on how long hes out.

Im thinking Goodes to Oxley.

I have most of the others on the bubble.

Im wanting to bring in Rance as he is providing a lot of possessions and run and he is a P.O.D. which im after.
Also Bontompelli looks a must have.

Just not sure how to get them in?Only way is by trading Malcevski or GAJ?

Ablett has to go mate, I'd suggest JPK or Sloane for him - going anyone cheaper sacrifices too many points in the short term. As for your other trade, its tempting to get rid of Eski but I'd keep the faith with him. I'd actually go with Miller or Anderson to Oxley by switching Saad into the midfield.

Making sure you have the right rookies is the main objective this round mate.

Who should I be getting for Cocky? NVB or Rich? Have the cash for either.

NVB for me mate, much cheaper and can't see Rich keeping up this kind of form.

I'd hold Bartel mate, think getting Oxley and NVB in should be your main priorities.

But I'll help you anyway, haha. Smith --> Van Berlo is a must for you mate. To free up the cash, I'd suggest Goodes down to Brown. He won't be an amazing scorer but will provide solid cover.

Nah man, Ellis-Yolem is a must. Has a breakeven of -104 so he's a must to get in this week before he sky rockets in price.
