Too many blokes are willing to do the same job for half the salary.

Cripps of those 3 though.

I'm not too sure about that

CEY and Miller are locks, but Heeney and Vander's have question marks over a rd1 spot, as to Lambert. Cockatoo's a lock but 177k

Who else is there?
Why is Miller a lock? GAJ and Jaeger come back in and he will struggle to play

colmullet

i'm keeping provisions for all 3....no doubt the cheaper guys will score as well but i can't see to much JS floating around down there

Disagree

If he plays well he can hold his spot. It's a big IF, but I think he has the chance to play enough for us to make some cash off him

Even so, I'm talking rd1 locks, and I don't think there are many in the mids

What do u guys think about Brayshaw?

I will pick him if named, it will mean picking Steven at M5.

I would also advise those banking on Lambert to have a contingency plan in place, he's borderline at this stage.

Not too fussed about Lambert

He's been elevated, so I will most likely leave him at M9 even if he doesn't line up rd1

So he'll keep Jaeger out'? I dunno about that mate, can't see him in their best 22

Didn't say he'd keep Jager out

IF he plays well, I think he can somehow hold a spot long enough for us to make some cash off him

Good mid rookies are looking scarce, so if he lines up rd1 I'm going with him

We have that extra mid spot this year, so if he does get dropped it wouldn't be the worst thing have him Miller sitting at M9

I'd be extremely surprised if he gets dropped never to return again

You still don't want a rookie sitting there not making cash though. Definitely not a lock

At M9 I can see the merit however most teams seem to have him at F6 which is a different story.

Hasn't moved from M9 in my team

Plenty of forwards to select from not including him

PiPies

There's definitely some risk with Miller, if he plays a couple then makes way for Jaeger and you have Lambert on the bench who will play at some stage you'd think but you don't really want 2 rookies occupying the bench and not playing and not fattening up before the byes.

At M9 he gives you the DPP link to the fwds, which I always like to have if possible.

Just Cripps for me, I think Newton will do something along the lines of what Viv Mitchie did to us last year. I'm hoping for a repeat of last year's Tyson/Mitchie situation, which is why I'm going for Brayshaw.
