This is a pretty good team! Similar to a lot of people's though just watch your first 3 mids they have the same bye.
Take out Vandenberg melbourne has said he won't line up first round at this stage. Love the ward pick!!!

Reason starting Bellchambers is being solo ruck can see him averaging atleast 80, and with Jacobs not having a preseason can see him dropping a bit, then when he bottoms out trade him in.

Fyfe gets reported a bit so I'm a bit wary of him.
Only other concern is whether you will get 6 of your forwards playing every week.
But heck, if you came 45th last year, you must know more than me!  :o

Footyrulz

D: Very nice, have a plan B in mind if Goodes doesn't play.

M: Again looks good, though I think Cockatoo is too expensive for the bench. Put him on the field, or if someone cheaper is playing with decent JS, I would make the change.

R: Don't see why you would get TBC in the rucks. If you are going to get him, put him in the forward line, and then you have the added MPP value. Also get Reed/Mclaren on the bench, even if you want to keep TBC in the rucks, so then u can have that MPP link later on.

F: Very good.

Overall a solid team, I just think TBC can be used more effectively up forward, and Cockatoo is too expensive for the bench.

If you could give an opinion on my team as well that would be great thanks.

AlexIsOnFire

Defence is strong, which is opposite to me.

Mids are all solid, do you think Ward will be impacted with Griffen in town?

Belly as 2nd ruck!!! It's risky but I have a feeling it will pay off.

Where, when and who he said VDB won't line up Rnd 1? Has he lost his opportunity to Brayshaw?

I likE how u used what I'll call the belly cash to get Ablett in ...

However imo if u going belly r2 I would expect to have premo mids to at least m5

Silk_Touch

Really like this team. Really like the idea of having a strong defence, hopefully it works out

Def: Simpson, Shaw, Gibson, Newnes, Lumumba, Goodes
Def Rook: McIntosh, Saad

Mid: Pendlebury, Fyfe, Dangerfield, Griffen, Wells, Newton, Cripps, Ellis-Yolmen
Mid Rook: Cockatoo, Anderson, Vandenberg

Ruck: Goldstein, Bellchambers
Ruck Rook: Reid

Fwd: Gray, Martin, Swan, Salem, Clark, Tarrant
Fwd Rook: Karnezis, Lamb

Opinion on Wells? Using him as a stepping stone he has domiinated preseason and can see him getting up to atleast 500,000 whereby i expect Ablett to drop and do a trade when he bottoms out.

Also with Belly at R2, with him being the solo ruck can see him jumping in price. And with no clear R2 without some questions, i expect Jacobs after no preseason to drop and do a trade to get him in.

westy501

def: good
mid:good. Vandenberg isn't elevated yet so keep an eye on... Im on ablett so bold move
ruck:ok
fwd: would go Tarrant not a proven scorer.

team looks technically sound and hard to fault solid!

i havent gone ablett either mate but certainly will be the first person i get in.

he wont start the sub but if there are no injuries and they are winning then they may sub him off.
Theres no harm in starting ablett in your team just some prefer not too
