players in right now pending team announcements

N Brown, Oxley, Saad, Hamling
Newton, Cripps, Vandeberg, Lambert, Miller, Freeman
Cox (meh)
McCarthy, Salem, Clark, Tarrant, Hogan

With so many early games Cox is the worst DPP player to get, look at Read or McLaren.

Will we even use the dpp though? Just seems better to get the cheapest player imo

Then better to get Lucey who has plenty of Sunday games, I'd prefer to spend a few extra $ just in case. By picking Cox you basically eliminate Pendles as a VC option.

I think he's referring more to using him for captain loophole

That eliminates Jelwood

I've got McLaren at R3. 105k with DPP and Sydney don't play too many Friday night/Sat arvo games

True, I have Mclaren myself but Selwood plays mostly on Sunday so he wouldn't be appropriate as a VC. The Friday night Collingwood vs Geelong match is the only stumbling block.

Not overly confident in Dick getting many games, and If he does I can't see him scoring well. Same can be said for Hamling although I think he will get a better opportunity.
We're all idiots until teams are announced...

Don't think there's much to pick from...looking unlikely Goddard will play...Hamling has a few to beat for a spot.

Has played well in the preseason so I expect him to be named, Newman is injured so there's a place available.
