I'm thinking if it's worth me dropping Bartel to a forward rookie so that I can bring Fyfe in to my mids. Hoping Belly plays, so I can just make him R2 and that should be enough case for me to make my upgrade.

So wouldn't say he's a must, but if Ablett doesn't play round 1, then reckon you absolutely must have at least 2 of Rocky, Jelwood, Pendles, and Fyfe.

And I've been sliding on Pendles. I understand how good the guy is but I can imagine it's gonna be hard to stay motivated and performing when his team finishes in the bottom 6. Sidebottom is literally his only quality support.

As an Eagles fan its hard to praise a Docker but the guy is a freak, he could easily average 130 this year.
