Whats Corey Ellis's JS like? He had his best game so far on Friday night and even though he got subbed I feel he should keep his spot for a few games after the bye. I had a look at the injury list, not much there that would threaten his spot in the near future.

I'm really dying for a rd 11 rookie to trade in Rd12 for Miller/McKenzie and he is the only real option (Liam Dawson is the only other, no thanks!)

Newman will probably be back in the next couple of weeks so there's a chance Ellis, Menadue and Newy will be competing for two spots in the team. Add to that guys like Nip Gordon will always be knocking on the door! He has been playing well though.

I feel like Menadue & Ellis will both be sub risk (red or green vest) in any games they play at the moment anyways.

Menadue and Ellis have been really good! I honestly didn't expect either to come on as much as they have so far this season. They're growing with every game and it's good that they're keeping their place with good performances.

From an article on the Herald Sun. If we could add Dylan Shiel/Adam Treloar/Dion Prestia type and Brandon Matera I think we'd be a pretty formidable side next year. Also mentions someone like Steven Motlop as a potential target...

We're still missing that really nippy midfield player that can kick goals out of the middle like Shiel and that dangerous small forward that will make Richmond a genuine contender.

First stop is signing up Rance though.
