Has anyone been able to add celebrities to their league yet?

I think they just auto-fill any leagues with gaps prior to rd1

They do, but usually you also get the option to add in 'celebrities'. We are hoping to add these rather than complete randoms. Robbo made our grand final last year and the whole league was cheering against him :)

No offence taken. Its a social league among mates, not a sheep stations league. And only about 4 of us generally watch it week to week. Robbo just had the dream finals run from 8th, kept lining up against guys hammered with injuries.
But its a fun league that we want to keep, and having 'celebrities' that everyone cheers against is one thing that gets the casuals more involved. Supercoach shouldn't just be the domain of good leagues...

yeah, 'celebs' are better than having the 'randoms' in your league!

last year the 'mates' league had two random ('public unwashed') teams and probabilities on probabilities one was an all-Lions team and the other was an all-Hawks ... even with Hawthorn's dominance last year both teams gave the opponents a somewhat unfair % boost at the time ...   ;)
