and they keep coming

Will Langford likely to miss season

With Beams I think we may play him for the next 3 weeks and then send him to pasture.  Reason being 2 of those 3 games are winnabale games against Suns and Blues and may get us off the bottom of the ladder.

They aint playing finals the spoon is not good but it has benefits in the draft more reason to send him under the knife

Is that a good thing though?  :-X

As a Melbourne supporter, I'd much rather wins than draft picks

He has been playing with the shoulder for most of the season so if we have a chance to avoid spoon why not even if it means giving up No 1 draft pick up.

Brisbane have had enough wins over the last 15 seasons. Lose a few, take Weitering and it's all good.

Go for the #1 pick mate, other teams have tanked the whole bloody year to get it whereas you guys haven't. Grab it with both hands i reckon.

They may not take Weitering. Scache is a big chance to be picked, considering he wants to go there cause his old man played for the bears, and therefore will want to remain there, which is always a bonus for them. ;D

Schache would be great for them IMO. A big Key forward surely has to be their priority. Even if Weitering is better, is he that much better than a key defender you can pick up with a later pick? Just like the Saints took McCartin, even if a midfielder was marginally better.

I reckon we go for Schache if still available at whatever pick we have. We need a forward more than defender Andrews, Clarke, Gardiner can hold down these and remember McStay was recruited as a defender as well so Schache it has to be.

Funnily enough the Bombers are currently a better team with Hooker as a B+ forward rather than an AA defender.
