The_Captain

Last time listed as 6. Came back in 2. Now listed as 4 could be back in 1 ;). Na I will hold. There is every chance he could be back for round 12 and that will be 3 weeks of rest. If he's not named round 12 and doesn't look like coming in any time soon then I'll pull the trigger.

Just saw some footage on the news of jordan lewis.

Looked very bad at training favouring that left shoulder. Will be a miracle if he gets up

That bad? His not listed on the updated AFL injury list today. I really need him to get up this week.

Says 2-3 matches (not weeks) which suggests he will miss R12 and possiblY R13

Not too SC relevant, but Morabito out for the year with severe bone bruising, and his contract is up at the end of the season too...

Lewis was on AFL360 tonight and said it felt great and he was confident he will play. But he also said that the test will be on Saturday

10. Dermott Brereton

A CLASSIC rumour from the naughty '90s was Dermott Brereton's "broken penis".

So persistent and prevalent was the story that in 1992, Sunday Agejournalist Muriel Reddy decided to uncover the truth behind it as part of a larger piece about the flamboyant Hawk/Swan/Magpie. Her story speaks for itself: "Stories about Brereton's encounters with women have reached almost mythical proportions," Reddy wrote. "One of the more recent concerned a sexual encounter where he allegedly broke his penis. The story brings peals of laughter from Brereton. 'I had a groin injury on the football field years ago and during the season it was quite painful but I didn't worry about it. If it had been operated on, I would have missed several weeks. Anyway, I hurt it in the off-season while, er, making my acquaintance with somebody, spending some time with somebody ... so I just decided to go and get it operated on.
