Nothing's wrong with him. He just isn't best 22 yet.

He will be a good downgrade target for us at some stage.

Thought he looked like the most likely rookie a couple of weeks ago. Although others are always popping up so not such a bad thing if he doesn't play round 1.

Yeh need to cross him off the list now. Hopefully will provide a decent downgrade option later like Ben said

Only thing holding him back is the time he spent out with his hammy was time not spent on skills. Fact of life. Give him time he'll be good.

After seeing him in the pies intra club and first nab game.
Freeman sits on the outside of packs isn't interested in the hard ball.
Really wasn't happy with his disposal and took him ages to get into the games.
As a pie man was pretty frustrated an d I could see the game experience difference and speed of Sinclair/dwyer/kennedy/josh Thomas/greenwood/crisp/taylor adams etc compared to him - they are at another level.
I personally wouldn't put him in the 22 yet.

Fair observations, was like that as a junior too. The only reason he went so high was due to his outstanding athletic traits, he's a project of sorts.
