2 mid-pricers in the middle + NVB screams mediocrity, I'd be getting another gun at all costs.

Id be moving Lambert to the forward line and upgrading one of Goddard or Buddy to a midfield premo.

Then get rid of Rich for a rookie and upgrade either Hallahan or WhiteX to a premo.

As above.  Midfield is too weak.  You won't have a chance when those rookies get rested or dropped.
