I think with Subans injury we can count Pearce out of SC relevance now, you would think that he gets the run with role for sure now.....

Matt de Boer will still be the number 1 run with guy with no Crowley. I think with guys like Barlow and Duff missing it might result in him being loose and allowed to do what he pleases

Lyon is giving CPearce a chance as the #1 tag now. If he does well then de Boer will go back to his defensive fwd days

Umm Suban has what looks like a very minor hamstring. Will miss one week at most.

I don't think de Boer is best 22 either. Clancee looks to have the tagging role no matter which way you look at it. But that doesn't rule him out!

Scooter looks good for someone that hasn't had much of a preseason.

Ricochet

Ibbo doing exactly what I expected. He'll be a top 10 defender this year

Reminded me of this  :P

Carlisle has insisted he can return from "hamstring tightness", but coach Mark Thompson was sceptical about the nature of the injury this week, saying, "I've never heard of a one-week hamstring injury".

He doesn't seem to be putting a hard tag on anyone at the moment and seems to be pretty free. He actually seems to be running around the arcs and now as I am typing this I see him following Priddis around

and now he is in defense

Very true. One guy that had a similar role was Carrots a couple of years back. Carrots however was very damaging with his clearance work where as Clancee is a dangerous kick.

Yup, he seems to be getting a bit of the pill in tight. Lamb Is also looking lively.

I don't think I am going any defenders in the 300k bracket, he stands out but he is way to fragile. I would rather take the risk on a couple of others

I think Carlton are going to regret passing on Lamb. Viojo-Rainbow better become the next Corey Enright

What are we thinking about NicNat as a starting ruck in SC?

Seems like Lycett is doing more ruck work...
