Been considering him, had him at D3 at one stage not long ago. Could definitely do a lot worse than Gibbo in your starting defence.

Scores well avg. of 92 last year it is just those scores of 50-60 he gets but with frawley there now he may not get them anymore others may be able to answer that  ;)

New role this year with Lake and Chip taking the talls. Birchall is the first one to be tagged as well.

Went 92.5 in 2014 taking one of the 2 talls, as a 3rd tall/loose role that could well improve. He is in my team.

In my team at D2, replaced Hibberd.

Followed his progress very closely last year and reckon he should maintain his average at the very least.

Definitely one of the better options.

hoping he slips under the radar. got him sitting at D2 currently. Expecting him to go 90+ again. Good intercept marks and uses it well. With Frawley there now it should free him up a bit.
