Steven's SC score was pretty poor due to some horrid disposal but his workrate and movement was impressive.

Jed just played himself into a green vest, and when Monday of round 1 rolls around it'll be too late to swap him to anyone!

I have been wary of this after I had a closer look at the Hawks list. Gun player but there are too many ahead of him. I ended up bringing in Cockatoo because I think either he or Lang will play a full game on the Monday so I can make a decision then.

That was the most uncontested ball Jack Steven has had all pre-season. I saw his disposal was pretty horrid which probably resulted in the crappy score but I managed to free up enough cash to turn NVB into Steven the other night when I took out Gaz. I am liking Selwood and Steven compared to Gaz up forward and Van Berlo
