Lock him in.

+1 - potential at his price is just too hard to ignore

ive ditched NVB to a cheaper rookie too fit him in at D6 and moved saad to D7. Absolutely loving the look of my team with goodes at D6

Don't go near him
I take this back. Was terrible last year, but looking a lot better. If upgraded should be considered.

I've convinced myself that he is a must. All the evidence says he is in their plans and best 22, and we know he can score well

The question I need to ask myself is, D5 or D6?

I think Nathan Brown has showed that he can push a 60 average, and with his JS I cant not have him too, so leaning towards Goodes at D5 currently, although having him at D6 does make my backline look very good

Ricochet

Was looking through the thread for one particular person's comment on Goodes before bringing him in

Take everything meow says with a grain of salt tho. He loves a good olde' contradiction and flowering with the masses :P

They dropped him, and then picked him up again

At his age, surely they did that with the intention of playing him

He won their VFL best and fairest and was also best on ground in the grand final last year.

Same here RD, original change had him at D6 and looked magnificent but have since decided to get him D5 and strengthen mids

Southstorm

But do you bring him in at D5 or at D6? If you bring him in, do you do so at the expense of a rookie for better security, or drop somebody like Bewick?

YoungGun

drop a midpricer for him I would say Southstorm

Southstorm

I've gone Newton to Rich and Bewick to Goodes, hopefully that works out for me.

no eye deer

Waiting to see how Pearce goes today, although my side looks more balanced with Goodes, as I already have Ibbo.
