Decided to go YOLO this year with my RDT - lets see what you guys think  8)

If you want to go YOLO I would have suggested AF rather than DT given the extra trades but that aside here are my thoughts...

Seedsman is a risky pick given he's still a few weeks away from resuming. All those forward mid pricers should rise in value but I'm not sure the likes of Daniher and Toumpas can any go more than 10 points above last year's average.

It's a fairly well considered team overall. Fwiw here is the team I threw together with a fat mid -

DEF: Lumumba, Geary, Ibbotson, C.Pearce, Whitecross, Z.Jones (Maynard, Dick)
MID: Rockliff, Ablett, Barlow, Pendlebury, Sidebottom, Beams, Selwood, Parker (Vandenberg, Freeman, Miller)
RUC: Leuenberger, Bellchambers (Nankervis)
FWD: T.Mitchell, Bontempelli, TT.Lynch, Lennon, Clark, Hogan (Steele, Lambert)

The problem is for every good pick, there's one "ehh...." pick.

Daniher won't be a big DT scorer unless his role changes dramatically (hint: I doubt it) same with Toumpas.
I like J.Mart, but he'll be horribly inconsistent as he's still getting his body used to the game.
The defense is a bit of a crap-shoot. I don't really see any of those 3 mid-pricers breaking out, and that's what you're really looking for. Sheppard might be your best bet though.

Insane mid though. I could almost see that being THE top scoring 8 for the season.

By stacking your mid so much you're basically saying "I don't think any rookie mids will perform well at all, so I'll stick to premos and make up lots of points here. However I also don't trust any defensive/forward premos at all and think my guys will score just as well". If you're right, you're laughing. I tend to disagree though! Still, I love to see some out of the box thinking.
