Atm I have about 355k for one defense spot

bewick??

NAB 1 - 88 SC, 75 DE%, 72% TOG
NAB 2 - 100 SC, 69 DE%, 79% TOG

Mmm is looking good but the bloke is mid 20's and never averaged over 65, what will change this season?
Oh well I guess we're talking about him now. .
Bewick was the kids who's body was always the size of the boys 2-3 years younger than him. A bit like Boekhorst. and another good WA boy :P It's taken him a few years in the system to grow into that body. He's always been a great runner though and looks to have cemented a spot on the wing, especially with Hanley out.

I've always liked Bewick, not from a fantasy perspective but just as a player who looked like he was going to develop into a good player

At the 350k price range Ibbo and Geary seem to be all the hype, but Bewick and Sheppard are just as good if not better options

It's going to be hard to nail the right pick, because it really could go any way

I just read that Berwick was ranked 5th at the club for total disposals and effective kicks since being moved to the wing from round 12 last year.

thats why you keep some coin in the kitty for some quick upgrades LOL

Ringo

Looks like Bewick is out in the open now after trying to let him slip under the radar.  He will continue to play on the wing, has worked quite a bit on his disposal efficiency in the off season. He coped a few vests last year but can not see it this year,  Will be up to him to prove and keep his position even with the return of Hanley.

Does this mean we'll stop getting inundated with McMillan Believers who came in to being about 5 minutes after some random plucked his name out of the air in January?

He is underpriced and is in their best 22.

A very good option

I just crunched the numbers and he also averaged 69.8 from round 12. Those numbers aren't exactly great
