Mummy is making me think the whole set and forget ruck combo is the way to go.  :-\

The guy who hasn't played a full season in his entire career?

What ruckman has?

Just playing devils advocate here...

You spend your whole salary cap which includes a mid priced ruckman, either Kreuzer, Luey, Giles or Bellchambers.  Best case scenario is your guy plays enough games, averages 70-80 pts and lets you upgrade him when the time is right.  Worst case scenario he gets injured first week you need to trade him out, but you don't have enough money to bring in a quality ruckman unless you downgrade elsewhere.

On the other hand, you start with 2 top line ruckmen, best case the play around 20games each for the season and you don't need to touch them...worst case scenario one gets injured in the first week, straight swap him for another premo ruck, 1 trade used, back on your merry way with a trade up your sleave.

I'm currently going with the mid price option but two set and forget rucks are definitely an enticing option.

What odds GWS finishing higher than GC this year?

I put a small bet on GWS to have over 9 wins paying $2.10.
