Did you get to try the artery clogging awesomeness that is/was ... the "Duffin"?

sorry, should've done this last month but have been getting 'smashed' at work ...

now i'm not usually one to 'talk up' a private business and provide 'free advertising' but sometimes a product is just that good.
now I also don't want to hype this up too much because in my experience it is better to 'under sell and over deliver' (something our politicians should flowering learn but I digress) ... because you don't want your expectations to be too high.

the other issue is that I might be a tad late because this was a limited edition 'muffin-of-the-month' thing so I'm not sure if specific Muffin Break outlets will still have them ... however, I went to my nearby store this morning and put in an order for some no problem so you might be lucky enough to try one yourself if you haven't already!  :-\   8)

So what is a "Duffin" you might ask?
Well it is a muffin crossed with a doughnut!!!   :o    ;D

again I don't want to 'over-sell' it but it is definitely "greater than the sum of its parts"!


my first try I thought it was like a delectable mash-up of a donut, a muffin, brioche and a croissant enclosing a small amount of hazelnut (I think it's Nutella) chocolatey goodness!!!!!!   :o   ;)



I hope you all get to try one at some stage in your lives!!!  ;)
