Midfield Premos

Hey guys. I am tossing up about my m5 spot. I have 615k and currently have Ablett, Pendles, Beams, Barlow. I would love to know your opinion on who from this price range will ave the most but also factor in value. Would also like to know who everyone else's m5 is. Cheers Lads

Well my m5 is Van Berlo because I'm saving money there to bulk up my backline
I really like the 4 choices you have already, and if you want another premo I don't think you could go past Ward at $606k, tossing up between him, Beams and Barlow for my M4 at the moment

Have Ward in there atm but if i were to go griffen, wines, a swallow i could get whitecross at D6 or 380k player in at D4.

I honestly don't see much value in those 500-550k midfielders like Griffen, Wines or Swallow. They're only an outside chance to finish in the Top 10-15 mids and they won't generate a significant amount of cash.

If you want that money for your backline I'd put your M5 down to a cash cow (Van Berlo/Biggs/Newton, or if you want someone a bit safer Hallahan/Wells/Rich) as these guys will make some money.

Or just stick with Ward

I would go with JPK. Take out his score of 24 last year and his average is around 119 or so.
My M5 is also Van Berlo.

Currently have Prestia at M.5 and B Crouch at M.6. If Prestia helps with money to use in defence then I'd suggest him for your M.5 spot. I think he'll be top 10 this year and is currently in only 1.08 of teams, very, very POD. Best of luck mate ;)

Newton > Boekhorst
Beams > Rockliff/Fyfe/Selwood
Ward > JPK

Get on Watson assuming all the bombers are right to play in the regular season. Under priced and will come out and average 120. Hugely under rated in supercoach.

If they can get the drug scandal behind them, look out.
