We all know he can score but can he stay on the park long enough to score.  Bigger risk than GAJ.
Not willing to go through it all again this year.   Goldy and Maric for mine.  Worst case Maric averages 10pts less than NicNat.
Will make it up on the reliabilty and lower stress levels.

Lower stress levels doesn't net you points sorry man :P

Guys on the park do though and that's my worry with Nic Nat. Worries = trades and wasting trades is wasting points.

I'm going goldy maric

I really think he will get rested a couple or times during the year and with no decent ruck cover I just can't start him

This concerns me a lot

He has completed a full pre-season and is 24 years old. Why should he get rested?

He has had back issues and groin issues they rested him last season as well
If his back plays up again which is highly likely back issues do not just disappear  he will not play

It certainly is a worry however all the rucks being spoken about haven't had a clean bill of health, we all know about Mummy, Maric has had groin issues, Leuey is a disaster zone, Belly also injury prone. The trick will be to get a swingman in as early as possible, hopefully Nic Nat can last until the rookies make some cash.

Bit harsh. The thing with Leuey is when he injures himself he does a decent job of it. Otherwise he strings games together. Either in or rooted. Not the annoying biit in between where you're sweating on him each week.

Ricochet

He's played nearly full seasons in a lot worse condiition than he is now. Hard to predict guys getting rested but I wouldn't have thought so

Fid

I've opted for no ruck cover and have spent a few $ more and picked Minson.  I just feel he is more likely to play each week and scored well in his last NAB match (123 points) albeit against Collingwood.

Blues Blues Blues

I keep switching between Goldy/NicNat and Goldy/Mummy - can't decide.

Goldy/NicNat - allows me to get another keeper in Beams at M3, but after NicNat burning me last year I'm nervous

Goldy/Mummy - Mummy should smash it, but I need to downgrade Beams to Steven. However he should make some quick cash and allow me to upgrade to GAJ.

*talking about NicNat*

"He scores well when he's on the park, but being rested concerns me. I think I'll fork out the extra $100k+ for Mummy. He should be right for 22 games.

........Right?"

Maric has his groin concerns too, just as much chance he gets a rest later in the year, especially in the later rounds if the Tigers look finals bound. Mummy's history needs no mention.

If you want durability, Sauce and Goldy are your men. It's hard to see how they won't be the 1&2 highest total point scorers, which is the most important stat with minimal cover.

211 anyone ?

This would be the first year I don't think ive seen one team with the big man in it ??

Fantastic POD

Hagebear

Am running with Nic Nat and Luey. Have Belcho at F4 as cover. If Belcho gets 3 or less weeks i think I'll still run with this option.

Ricochet

Love how players are considered to be not durable so easily. In the last 5 years NicNat has played 22, 20, 20, 11, 20 games. He played 20 games last year in far worse shape than his is right now

I don't have any concerns on his durability

I'm just concerned that Lycett might take a fair chunk of the ruck work while NicNat gets match fit and hits his straps, which could result in a few slow weeks to start with
