At least Josh Norman seems like a good bloke :)

Something is wrong if Miller doesn't get it.

congrats on not being a bandwagon supporter. Good chance next year though

Man seriously who cares bandwagon or not. As long as you're not arrogant and a prick about it claiming you've been going for them for ages and overrating all the players then it's your team nothing wrong with it.

Manning to get all the attention and credit for the win despite his 15 for 31, 139 yards, two picks and a fumble performance.

Y'know I tell ya what Jim, when you talk about Peyton Manning, you're talking about a guy who has delivered some of the best ever Super Bowl hand-offs to CJ Anderson today.
Geez, I wasn't far off :P 13-23, 141 yards, 0 touchdowns, a pick and 2 fumbles. And their only offensive touchdown was a handoff to CJ :P

But OH THE SHERIFF IN HIS LAST RODEO COMING THROUGH AGAIN

Glad to have made it, would have liked to be a winner tho.
Will be trying to work my dates around next year so that I get to see them either in Denver or LA. By the looks of things will be in US for 4 weeks in October Vegas, then Montana, & friends in Billings, Montana, 2 of her boys play college so all being well will get one of them games, & fly back to Denver to go from there to continue our holiday.

Today also shows how hard it is to beat the season's no.1 ranked defense in a SuperBowl. 2-10 going against such defenses in SB History now. Was 1-9 before last year's Super Bowl.

I'm sad that my favourite player, "the vulture" Mike Tolbert had a shocker :'(

Goin out on a limb here...

Thomas Davis is a fkn boss, brass balls, ironman!

If you haven't seen the arm he played with today check it out

So by passer rating, Peyton's performance today ranked 43rd out of the 54 SuperBowl QBs since 1990. His QBR of 9.9 today would rank as the 25th worst game for the entire regular season - there were 514 games played.

Won't stop ESPN igniting the 'does this put Peyton above Brady' discussions tomorrow though :P

5 MVPs, 2 rings and 10-time all-pro (7 first team, 3 second) > 2 MVPs*, 4 rings*, 3-time all-pro (2 first, 1 second)

Peyt has also thrown for more yards and TDs (than anybody of all time), and at a higher passer rating and higher completion % than TB. And of course the season records for yards and TDs, and has a 7-td game.

I'd have Peyt in my top 5 QBs of all time, probably at 3 behind Montana and Johnny U and ahead of Marino and Elway.

Anyway, here's to the best part of the nfl year - draft season! Here's to the niners taking Goff, Jaylon Smith, Fuller, Garnett, Ioannidis, Vigil, Braverman, Schobert, and Allen like I did in my on the clock "mock draft" :3

I get that it helps your argument, but you're omitting:
Super Bowl appearances
Playoff stats
Career wins
Supporting casts
Maaaaaybe longevity but that's TBD

And look at how the rings came about. Brady last year was roughly 30,000 times more impressive than Manning yesterday.

If anything, this season has really hurt Peyton's case - just another year where he proved he wasn't at the level Brady is.

Exactly, didn't know how to phrase it concisely enough otherwise yeah that's a major factor too
