That's not even a joke at this point, we were flowered the minute Luck got hurt.
I'd argue you were flowered earlier than that, but it's much of a muchness really.

Not quite, Holz. We need Denver to lose for that to happen. But the schedule will actually be slightly easier at the #2 seed anyway (would rather play Kansas City than Pittsburgh in week 2) but the downside is if we play the Broncos in the champ game, it'll be in Denver.. And that cost us a couple of seasons ago  :-\

sorry Jukes,

So its like you know nothing about AFL because you support the most successful team ever?

At least I dont bandwagon teams I have gone for the patriots since 2007 and have never gone for another team.

I didnt see Broncos were still playing but I tipped them to lose so i think we will secure the number 1.

I saw that, reckon the Broncos will probably take it now. Was really hoping brock would play out the game.

its all square. He has been ok hasnt done too much 5/8 for 69 aint bad. At least he isnt turning it over. Doing enough to get McManus in range and did do that drive to get Anderson the touchdown.

Probably not a bad thing finishing second as you say. Get the rest which we desperately need. I wouldnt want to be going anywhere near that Stealers offense.  Who knows Stealers could take out Broncos

yeah i think he has done enough to take the job

Holz

just saw the playoffs very happy with it

you would think

Stealers beat Bengals
Chiefs beat Texans
Seahawks beat packers
Vikings v Redskins who cares

then im tipping

Stealers beat Broncos
Pats beat chiefs
Seahakws beat Panthers
Cardinals beat who cares.

for a

Stealers Pats in Foxborough
Seahawks Cardinals in Arizona

then Pats Seahawks rematch in California.

Panthers look in big trouble no clue how they are favourite having to go through Seahawks and Cardinals.

RiOtChEsS

i wouldnt dismiss the Chiefs and Panthers so quickly

Firstly, you gotta identify what's obvious satire and what isn't

Second, no it's nothing like that - bad comparison because a) I don't make the glaring mistakes of a fair weather fan re: dons, and b) glory-hunting for afl would be hawks/cats

Third, wasn't 2007 the season the pats went 16-0? Pretty big coincidence eh

I'm going with Chiefs over Steelers in the AFCCG, and Zona over the hawks in the NFCCG, with the Chiefs taking the owl

I liked the story-line of a team chasing perfection and thats what got my interested in the NFL and I only started watching it in the superbowl, which they lost by the way.

Also Brady is a class act, you either like him or are jealous of him (a.k.a. hate him for being great)
